The Trip You Keep Postponing Is the One That Matters Most.
Burnout CEO Travel exists because two people never got their trip. We make sure that doesn't happen to your boss. Or to you.
Why This Exists
My father-in-law Bill has a photo hanging on his wall. Someone in his family took it forty years ago, a pub in Dingle, Ireland, with his family name on the sign. He photographed it with his phone so he could carry it with him. He had been looking at that photo for two decades, wanting to see it in person. Nothing fancy. Just a small wish in a little town on the western edge of Ireland.
We went. We found the place. It was closed, in the middle of a remodel, so there was no pint for Bill that day. He laughed about it. But he stood there. He saw it. He made the trip while he still could.
My stepfather, Reggie, always wanted to see Europe. He had the resources. He had the desire. He just never made the time. For ten years, his body has been making that decision for him. Now he sees the world through my wife's social media feed.
I think about both of them a lot.
I also think about the opportunities I backed out of for no reason, things that came up when I was younger that I just did not take. Gone. Then in 2020 I went on an EO exploration trip to Cambodia and Vietnam right before the shutdowns. It cracked my world open. I had traveled plenty before that, done the cruises, seen the US, and I thought I knew what travel was. I did not. That trip showed me how small my worldview actually was.
Life is a one time play through.
That is why Burnout CEO Travel exists. Not to sell trips. To make sure the people who have earned a real experience actually have one, while they still can.
Why It Works
I have been a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization West Michigan for ten years, joining in the chapter's first year. If you know EO, you know what that means. If you do not, it means I have sat across the table from entrepreneurs and executives long enough to understand how you think, what you actually need, and why you keep putting the trip off.
Through my host agency Archer Travel, I have access to a network of over 20,000 travel agents worldwide. That means that when your executive wants to go somewhere specific, I have the resources to ensure the experience is exceptional, not just adequate.
That combination, a decade inside the executive peer community and a global agent network behind every booking, is what makes Burnout CEO Travel different from any travel agent you have worked with before.
If you are the person who manages the calendar, the flights, and the expectations, this is built for you too.
Who You're Working With
That's me and my wife at Angkor Wat in Cambodia. That was the EO exploration trip I mentioned above. The one that showed me how small my worldview actually was.
I am a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a ten-year member of Entrepreneurs' Organization West Michigan.
I handle every detail so you show up and actually experience it.
You Have Earned This. Stop Waiting.
Whether it is a trip you have been putting off for years, a retreat for your leadership team, or just getting your executive's travel handled properly, this is what I do.
Tell me where you want to go. I will take it from there.
