Burnout CEO Travel is a done-for-you luxury and corporate travel planning service built specifically for executives, their teams, and their families. We handle everything: flights, hotels, ground transportation, dining reservations, experiences, and on-trip support.

How do I get started?

Click Plan My Escape. The form lives at trips.burnout.ceo and takes about five minutes. It gives us everything we need to understand who you are, where you want to go, and what a successful trip looks like for you. Once we receive your request we will be in touch within 24 hours to talk through next steps.

Who do you typically work with?

Our clients are CEOs, founders, and senior executives who are overdue for a real reset, executive assistants planning travel on behalf of their leadership teams, and executive peer groups through organizations like EO and YPO planning offsites and forum retreats.

What does done-for-you actually mean?

It means you are not researching hotels, comparing flights, building itineraries, or chasing confirmations. You submit your request, we ask any clarifying questions, and we deliver a complete trip plan for your approval.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary depending on the suppliers involved in your trip, including airlines, hotels, and experience providers. We will walk you through the specific terms for your itinerary before you commit to anything.

How does pricing work?

We do not publish set prices because no two trips are the same. Trip cost depends on destination, group size, hotel choice, experiences, and how much of the experience runs through private vendors versus property staff. Once we know what you are after, we walk you through realistic ranges before any booking happens. There is no commitment to talk numbers.
